Please follow the steps below:
- Search your event in GoFanHQ.
- Select the event that you wish to sell via Box Office.
- Confirm the event has a ticket by scrolling to the bottom of the review page.
- If there is no ticket, edit your event and create a ticket on the last creation page.
- If there is a ticket, a Box Office ticket has been created as well.
- While viewing your event, confirm it is visible. (showing on your GoFan page)
- If the event is "Hidden", change it to visible.
- Once changed to visible, it could take 60 seconds for the event to populate on your school's GoFan page.
- Close Box Office app and reopen.
- Could take 60 seconds for the event to populate on your school's GoFan page.
