Important Note: Always send comp tickets to the person who will be using the tickets or distributing the tickets. GoFan tickets can only be transferred once.
You can create complimentary "comp" tickets for an event with only the attendees' email address.
- To send a comp ticket: Navigate to the GoFan HQ Dashboard and choose the event you’d like to send tickets for. Click on the overview menu on the right (three dots) and choose “Manage attendees”.
- Click on “Comp tickets” at the top of the page. Add an email address and quantity of tickets and hit send.
